Where will my child be dropped?
Let’s buggy is a door to door transportation service therefore it’s our responsibility to drop every child safely at your doorstep.
If my child is not ready, will the driver wait?
Once you get notified that lets buggy is only 10 mins away please prepare your child to be ready.The driver will wait for 5 mins after the scheduled pickup time since we want to make sure that each and every child reaches their destination on time.
Could I enrol for a one way transportation only and pay reduced fees?
Yes we do provide this option.
Can I make one payment or change the payment plan?
No, we request that you maintain the plan as posted.
Once I submit my online application, will my seat be held?
A seat will only be held on receipt of the completed signed Agreement along with the payment.
How does this service work?
After parents fill up the contact form on the Request Booking link on the website, representatives will evaluate routes and van occupancy and contact parents to understand any special requirements parents might have. A service agreement will be sent to you via email that must be signed and on file prior to service. Payments can be done at our office or online.
What happens if my child’s scheduled service needs to be changed?
You will need to notify us within 48 hours of the schedule service. We will let you know if the change can be accommodated.
What if sometime, my child needs to go early or stay late in school for some activities?
You will need to notify us 48 hours before so changes can be made to child’s schedule that particular day.
